Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Service Description

Missouri Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest management services throughout the state of Missouri. Our offerings include inspection, identification, treatment, and monitoring for a wide range of pests including but not limited to termites, rodents, ants, spiders, mosquitoes, bed bugs, cockroaches, and wildlife. Services may be delivered as one-time treatments, recurring maintenance plans, or emergency response visits depending on the nature of the infestation and the service agreement selected by the customer.

All treatments are performed by licensed technicians using methods and products approved by the Missouri Department of Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency. Service schedules, treatment protocols, and pricing are determined based on property size, pest type, infestation severity, and environmental conditions. We reserve the right to modify treatment approaches when necessary to achieve optimal results while maintaining safety standards for occupants, pets, and the environment.

No Guarantee or Warranty

Missouri Pest Control does not guarantee complete elimination of all pests from any treated property. Pest biology, environmental factors, neighboring infestations, and customer compliance with pre- and post-treatment instructions all influence treatment outcomes. While we employ industry-best practices and quality products, we cannot warrant that treated properties will remain pest-free indefinitely.

Any warranties or guarantees offered on specific services are limited to the terms expressly stated in a signed service agreement. These limited warranties do not cover new infestations, reinfestation from untreated adjacent areas, or pest activity resulting from customer failure to follow recommended prevention measures. Claims under any limited warranty must be reported within the specified time period and are subject to inspection verification.

User Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information regarding property conditions, prior pest activity, and known allergies or sensitivities of occupants before service commencement. Access to treatment areas must be granted at scheduled times, with pets secured and personal items cleared as instructed. Customers are responsible for following all preparation and post-treatment guidelines provided by our technicians.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in service delays, additional charges, or reduced treatment effectiveness for which Missouri Pest Control assumes no responsibility. Customers must promptly report any adverse reactions, ongoing pest activity, or property damage concerns following treatment. Unauthorized modification of treated areas or application of additional pest control products by customers or third parties voids any service warranty and may create hazardous conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Missouri Pest Control's total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, lost profits, or personal injury, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were advised of the possibility thereof.

This limitation applies to all claims whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. Customers assume all risk of damage to landscaping, fixtures, or personal property that cannot reasonably be protected during standard treatment procedures. Missouri Pest Control is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during inspection that was not caused by our services.
